Three Paintings on Exhibit

"What the Willow Knows"

Part of this summer's fun and excitement for me is having three paintings out on exhibit.

The first piece is "What The Willow Knows," a 20 x 25 pastel, on exhibit at The Shirt Factory Gallery until Saturday, August 11th. The show is the 4th Annual Adirondack National Pastel Exhibition which drew entries from across the country and was juried by Alain Picard, a nationally known artist working in pastels and oils. I am thankful and honored to be in the show. The Shirt Factory Gallery is on the corner of Lawrence and Cooper Streets in Glens Falls, NY and is open Sunday through Saturday 8:00 to 5:00.

"Wild Flower Vista"

The other two pieces are "Wild Flower Vista," a 24 x 30 oil painting, and "A Quiet Walk," a 28 x 38 pastel, at The National Bottle Museum Artists' Space.  This the 10th Anniversary Show for the Artists' Space and showcases 50 returning artists.  The Gallery Director, Fred Neudoerffer did an excellent job combining all the different works, media, subjects and colors into a cohesive whole. It is a beautifully hung show and an honor to be included here as well.  The Bottle Museum Gallery is located on 76 Milton Avenue, Ballston Spa, NY and is open Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from 10:00-4:00.
